4. Carer Responsibilities
- Carers are independent service providers and are not employees of 247 Care.
- Carers must comply with all verification requirements, including ID checks and profile updates, to maintain an active status on the platform.
- Carers are responsible for providing services as agreed with clients.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate details of their service requirements at the time of booking.
- Clients must ensure a safe environment for carers during service provision.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Security and Verification
- 247 Care conducts ID and profile verification for carers but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided by carers.
- Users are encouraged to report any concerns about carers or clients to 247 Care Support immediately.
8. Liability
- 247 Care acts as a platform connecting clients and carers and is not liable for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any user or carer.
- Users agree to indemnify 247 Care against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the platform.
9. Privacy
- Use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Termination
- 247 Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for users who violate these Terms and Conditions.
