Cancellation Policy

At 247 Care, we strive to provide a seamless and flexible experience for both clients and carers. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties involved.

Client Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Timeframe:

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
  2. No-Show Policy:

    • If a client fails to cancel and does not show up for the scheduled service, the full service fee will be charged.
  3. Refund Process:

    • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Carer Cancellations

  1. Notification Requirement:

    • Carers are required to notify clients as soon as possible if they are unable to fulfill a booking.
  2. Replacement Services:

    • In the event of a cancellation by a carer, 247 Care will work to provide a replacement carer where possible or reschedule the booking at no additional cost.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If cancellations are due to emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, both clients and carers are encouraged to contact 247 Care Support immediately. We will assess such cases on a case-by-case basis and provide resolutions to minimize inconvenience.
